Do I Qualify for Web Check-In?

Our Self Check-In Facility is NOT available for the following guest:

• Guest(s) with reduced mobility and those with special needs
• Guest PNR that still have a Partial Payment

Please note that web check-in is available upon booking confirmed 14 days to 1 hour for AirAsia (AK, QZ, FD, PQ, JW) and 14 days to 4 hours for AirAsiaX (D7) before their flight.
